Notarized Translation

As long as different languages continue to be used across the world, translation services will be critical and essential. In other words, translation can always take place in various parts of your life for different reasons. Sworn translation is a little different from the regular concept of translation. We always need to have various documents or translations translated into different languages. However, there is also the official aspect. In other words, there are documents that need to be translated when submitting documents to official offices. In such transactions, you must have full confidence in the translator so that it can be understood that the submitted document reflects the exact truth. These are documents that the translator signs and seals after translating them. Translators who have received a higher education and work with seriousness are always sought after in the business world. In addition to the business world, a sworn translator may be needed in bureaucracy for different reasons as well. The most important is the translation of documents to be submitted to an official institution, a government agency.

What we mean by Notarized Translation or Sworn Translation is that the translation is carried out by the translators who have signed an oath text at that notary office. The notarized translation document is completed upon the document signed and stamped by the relevant translator or translation agency is certified by the notary with a signature and seal. With this procedure, the notary public declares that he/she knows the translator and that the translator is an expert and competent in the translation business, and the translator declares that he/she takes responsibility for the possible mistakes in translation.

WHY IS NOTARIZED TRANSLATION NEEDED?

Notarization is often required for official documents. Since translation documents must also be official in translations requested by consulates, courts, etc., for documents such as ID card copies, Birth certificates, Passports, Marriage certificates, Divorce documents, Academic degrees, Diplomas and Transcripts, Adoption certificates, citizenship certificates, Immigrant ID cards, this is ensured by a sworn-translator and notarization.

You must submit the original of the document that needs to be certified by a notary public. The notarization fee is determined by the notary public and is made by you thereafter. Notarization can only be done in a notary office where the sworn translator has signed an oath text. Your translation cannot be certified by any notary public.
